I specialize in helping people move from fear about the symptoms they’re experiencing to trust in their bodies by identifying the programs that have caused those symptoms. Your body isn’t broken, and symptoms are actually a sign that your body is working hard on your behalf. My approach involves a combination of methods that are all focused on finding the origin of the symptoms and supporting the body’s healing at a deep level, from the nervous system to the chakra system! 

My practice brings together elements of ancient medicinal practices from different traditions, such as Chinese and Vedic medicine, alongside cutting-edge scientific discoveries about the connection between events in our lives and specific biological responses. 

Rather than focusing on treating symptoms at the surface, we’re going to the root by reshaping our patterned responses to all the stress and events in our lives, from the mundane to the traumatic. We’re going beyond the mind-level to the experiences and emotions stored in our bodies, in our nervous system, and even in our electromagnetic fields. This work isn’t about touching up the exterior of our self– it’s about strengthening the foundation by creating balance and coherence throughout our whole being.
